Nature of Services

Mysore Constructions offers services such as house construction, interior design, layout development, real estate assistance, and related consultancy. As these are service-based offerings, traditional product returns are not applicable.

Advance Payments

Advance payments made for booking services, consultations, or project initiation are generally non-refundable.
These payments are used for initial planning, design, documentation, and resource allocation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

If the project has not been initiated from our end
In case of duplicate or excess payment made by the client
If Mysore Constructions is unable to proceed with the project due to unforeseen circumstances

All refund requests will be reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of Mysore Constructions.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before the project commencement.
Once the project has started, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.
Any work completed up to the cancellation point will be charged accordingly.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be provided based on:

Stage of project completion
Resources and materials already utilized
Services already delivered

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
Refunds will be credited through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

Change of mind after project initiation
Delays caused by client-side issues
Changes in project scope after agreement
Services already completed or delivered

Material Supply & Third-Party Services

For building materials or third-party services, refunds depend on supplier policies
Mysore Constructions will assist in coordination but is not solely responsible for third-party refunds

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding payments or refunds, we encourage clients to contact us directly. We aim to resolve all concerns amicably and transparently.
